We are pleased to offer pre-employment law enforcement, jailor/court services, dispatcher and animal control training at Cardinal Criminal Justice Academy. This program provides individuals who desire to pursue a career in a criminal justice field with the opportunity to attend certification training prior to being hired by a criminal justice agency. This training will provide you with a competitive edge during the employment process. The first step in the application process for any of our pre-employment training programs is to complete the On-Line Pre-Employment Training Orientation Program. To enroll in the orientation program, you must contact Ms. Cindy Sarver at 540.375.3095. She will give you a user name and a password to access the orientation program. In order to participate in on-line orientation training, you must insure that the computer that you will be using has the proper software loaded. The on-line training programs are best if viewed using the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser, although it will work with the Netscape browser. In addition, the computer must have an Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. The Internet Explorer browser and the Adobe Acrobat Reader are available as a free download by clicking on the "Software" icon below. If you need assistance downloading and installing these programs, contact the academy. Before you begin the course, you should click on the "Instructions" icon below and print the instructions for later use. After reading the instructions, click on the "Cardinal On-Line" icon to access the On-Line Pre-Employment TrainingOrientation Program.
